Julie Flores Kriegsfeld
With a wealth of experience in finance, acquisitions, and technology, Julie brings a strategic mindset and analytical expertise to our consulting services. Having worked with diverse organizations, she understands the intricacies of navigating change and the importance of aligning financial goals with a broader purpose. Julie is passionate about guiding leaders through the complexities of today’s business landscape, helping them make informed decisions that lead to long-term success. Julie founded The Kaler Group in 2018.
Julie Flores Kriegsfeld's Bio
Julie Flores Kriegsfeld brings over 20 years of experience transforming teams and organizations across diverse industries, including Education, Nonprofits, Federal Government, Aviation, and Engineering. As a key member of The Kaler Group, Julie is known for navigating complex problems and facilitating high-stakes decision-making. She provides senior leaders with the insights they need to prioritize funding, enhance cross-program capabilities, and optimize team dynamics.
For the past four years, Julie provided consulting services to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where she served as Project Lead on a program developing an innovative cloud-based air traffic control automation system. Before consulting, Julie spent a decade as a federal employee at the FAA, where she became an expert in acquisition strategy and implementation, particularly within the “NextGen” programs.
Julie’s ability to translate technical shortfalls into meaningful business language for executive audiences makes her a trusted advisor and leader. Her contributions to the FAA and beyond drove innovation and advanced team dynamics for each of her clients.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College and a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (completed through the U.S. Army), Project Management Professional (PMP)®, and Dog Mom to Fluffernutter and Osito, her Golden Retrievers.

Nicole believes that true success stems from empowering teams, driving collaboration, and nurturing talent, and she is dedicated to helping leaders harness the potential of their people.

Nicole Anderson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in driving organizational success through human-centered change management. As a Partner at The Kaler Group and former Vice President of People at Evans Consulting, a DC-based management consulting firm, Nicole has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a transformative impact on both organizations and individuals.
Nicole’s diverse and extensive background spans social work, information technology, project management, neuroscience, human capital management, and strategic communications. Her unique ability to integrate people, processes, and technology has made her a pivotal force in enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering positive culture and employee experiences. She is known for her strategic vision, innovative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of organizational and team dynamics.
Nicole excels at motivating dynamic teams, developing strong leaders, and delivering human-centered solutions to complex challenges. Her clients and colleagues describe her as a strategic, creative problem solver with a keen eye for what makes organizations tick. Since 2009, Nicole has served in various leadership roles, including leading Talent Engagement and the People function at Evans Consulting, where she advised clients on leadership strategy and facilitated stakeholder business needs.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a concentration in Communications from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington and has completed graduate-level coursework in Business and Social Work. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a Certified Change Management Professional, leveraging her extensive experience and training to empower people and teams to thrive and achieve lasting success.
